40ml Guruji thandai 40gm Crushed ice 120 ml Milk 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
For Garnishing: Chopped Almond,pisat, and saffron.
Directions: Take a bowl add 40ml guruji kesaria thandai, 40gm crushed ice, and 120ml milk. Then stir with a hand grinder. Add one scoop of vanilla ice cream in serving glass and pour the mixture in glass, garnish with chopped almond, pistachios(Pista), and saffron. Serve chilled.
