Holi sounds incomplete without Thandai right?

Indian festivals are all about rituals, colors, and food. No festival in India is complete without its mouth-watering delicacies and holi has its own special dishes sprinkled with fresh condiments. Holi is a time to welcome the summer season and relishing food.
In fact, there are some dishes which are part of the celebrations since ages and are considered synonymous with the festival. Holi is incomplete without these traditional recipes. Have a look!

Thandai Kulfi :
Make this lip-smacking Thandai Kulfi for the festival of Holi, making it a perfect Indian dessert.
- 2 cups full-fat milk
- 1/4th + 2 tbsp warm milk
- 1/4th cup Milk powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3/4th cup milk cream (milk topping)
- 2 tsp corn flour
- 3 tbsp Guruji Thandai Syrup
Heat 2 cups of milk in a heavy bottom pan, when milk boils reduce the flame and add sugar and let it boil.
When milk is reduced to half of the original quantity mix cornflour & stir continuously and boil for 3-4 minutes more.
In the meantime take a 1/4th cup of warm milk, add milk powder and whisk well to make a lumps free solution.
In a bowl take cream and beat till it becomes smooth, add guruji thandai syrup and whisk for a few seconds more.
Now add reduced milk and milk powder solution and Whip well so that everything mixes well.
Pour this batter into kulfi molds and Let it freeze for 3 hours.
1 Litre Milk
250 gm Sugar
1 tsp saffron
Add milk to the pan, boil & let it simmer.
Add Guruji thandai to the milk.
Add saffron & sugar & let it simmer.Pour it into a bowl.
Serve Hot or cold.
