Ingredients

  • 1.5 Ltr milk
  • 100 gmseveiyan
  • 8-10 almonds
  • 8-10 pistachios
  • 4-5 table spoon BadamKesarSharbat (Guruji)
  • 4-5 table spoon KesarPistaSharbat (Guruji)
  • 4-5 table spoon KesarSharbat (Guruji)
  • Apinch of nutmeg powder
  • ¼ tsp of green cardamom powder
  • 2 table spoon ghee
  • 2 table spoon charoli (sugar as required)

  • ½ cup strained yogurt
  • 1-2 table spoon kesar syrup (Guruji)
  • ½ tsp cardamom
  • 1-2 table spoon badamkesarsharbat (Guruji)
  • (No need to add dugar if you are adding Guruji syrup
  • ½ tsp roasted melon seeds
  • Optional: Fresh fruits: Guruji’s crushed also can be added instead of dry fruits for different flavors.
